About Rentipay

Rentipay helps Kenyan landlords collect rent and keep clear records without the rent book. Tenants get SMS reminders and a receipt every time they pay, and landlords see who has paid and who still owes, at home or from abroad.

Your rent goes straight to you: to your own Paybill, Till, M-Pesa number or bank account. Rentipay never receives, holds or moves your money; it only keeps the records.

Who's behind it

I'm Arthur Odida. A full-stack engineer passionate about building smart software. I built RentiPay to bridge the gap between landlords and tenants through seamless, automated payment processing and modern property management solutions.
